Academic policies and Registration procedures
The Academy’s policies and procedures are framed with an intention to help the students develop the professionalism they will need in the beauty industry.
Eligibility Criteria
Students who wish to enrol for our Courses must have completed Secondary Education and need to be above 18 years of age.
Enrolment
A pre-admission interview shall be conducted by the Academic Team to evaluate specific training requirements of the candidate. Registration for the course applied for should be completed before commencement of the Course.
To register, a candidate would have to fill a Students Enrolment Form and submit it along with:
1. A proof of identification (passport or any other photo identity card)
2. Academic certificate
3. 2 copies of recent passport size photograph
4. Applicable course fee
Schedule of Classes
Schedule of classes is prepared by the Academy. The dates of starting of a new session are given to the students at the time of enrolment. However, the Academy reserves the right to change these dates.
Attendance and Punctuality
Christine Valmy International Academy of Beauty maintains high standards of decorum and low tolerance towards absenteeism, lateness, and other interruptions in the training as these will have a significant effect on the student’s progress. Being more than 30 minutes late will be regarded as absent. Students must attend 90% of the scheduled classes to be eligible to appear for the final examination.
Dress Code
The Academy will provide candidates with a uniform which they are expected to maintain, keeping it neatly pressed and making sure they look presentable at all times.
Accommodation
Christine Valmy International Academy of Beauty provides assistance in locating accommodation for out-station students.
Induction
Students will be inducted into Christine Valmy International Academy of Beauty on the first day of their Course. The induction will include an overall presentation about the brand, an overview of the Courses, rules and regulations of the Academy etc.
Declaration
Christine Valmy International Academy of Beauty reserves the right to alter/modify any of its rules and regulations, course structure and content, pricing, module offerings and other terms and conditions.
By enrolling for a Course at the Academy, students agree to be bound by all the rules and regulations of the Academy.
