Basic Nails
Duration: 60 hours
Theory: The topics covered include Structure of Nails, Nail Disorder, Nail Shapes and Nail Polish Application.
Practical: Practical sessions give knowledge about Basic Manicure and Pedicure, French Manicure, Paraffin Manicure and Pedicure, Salicylic Acid Pedicure, Aroma Manicure and Pedicure, Foot Exfoliating Treatment and Manicure/Pedicure for men.
Nail Art and Extension Course
Duration: 60 hours
Theory: The topics covered are Structure of Nails, Nail Disorder, Nail Shapes and Nail Polish Application, Nail Extension – gel and acrylic, Removal of Nail Polish and Nail Jewellery.
Practical: It includes Acrylic Nail Extension, Tip Application, Gel Nails, Nail Art (painting and decorating nails), Gel Nail Polish, Removing and Applying Nail Polish, Nail Jewellery (piercing and artificial).
Career options: Being trained in professional nail-care and nail-art has tremendous potential in this growing industry, such as working in nail studios, beauty salons and clinics, personal care services. Students can also start their own nail-art business.
